FRWO and REDPRD Held the Meeting on the Completion of the Cadastre Mapping
The joint meeting of FRWO and Real Estate, Deeds and Properties Registration Department (REDPRD) chaired by Dr. Hassan Babaei, Head of REDPRD with the virtual presence of the Director Generals of Natural Resources and Watershed management Departments (NRWDs) and Management Departments of REDPRD in nine provinces was held on Tuesday at REDPRD Headquarters with the agenda of performance review of two organizations’ management departments in the provinces on implementing the cadastral-mapping of national lands and the issuance of title deeds for public estates.
The joint meeting of FRWO and Real Estate, Deeds and Properties Registration Department (REDPRD) chaired by Dr. Hassan Babaei, Head of REDPRD with the virtual presence of the Director Generals of Natural Resources and Watershed management Departments (NRWDs) and Management Departments of REDPRD in nine provinces was held on Tuesday at REDPRD Headquarters with the agenda of performance review of two organizations’ management departments in the provinces on implementing the cadastral-mapping of national lands and the issuance of title deeds for public estates.
According to FRWO’s website, in this meeting, Dr. Masoud Mansour, Head of FRWO emphasized the REDPRD’s collaboration with FRWO in completion of the cadastre mapping by the end of this year and said that due to the importance of cadastre mapping, its completion prevents forgery and land grabbing in the country.
In this meeting, Dr. Hassan Babaei, Iran's Judiciary Deputy and Head of REDPRD considering completion of the cadastre mapping in the development of the country very important and stated: "Consolidation of ownership and protection of public and state lands has prevented the encroachment on natural resources and land grabbing, and all efforts are made to complete of the cadastre mapping to the end of this year.
Based on the report, in this joint meeting, director generals of management departments of two organizations in Golestan, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Qom, Khuzestan, Gilan, Mazandaran, Tehran and Semnan provinces expressed the existing problems of the relevant province in the field of completion of the cadastre mapping of national lands.
